Our Roots
Baked from the Land, Shared with the People
Brae's Tragically Chip began with a grandmother named Natalie, a tradition she passed to Deanna, who passed it to Dena, who passed it to Ashlyn, who passed it to Braelynn — four generations of women who believed that food is how you love people without having to say it.
We bake on Tuscarora land, with the belief that every cookie, every loaf, every pastry is an act of gratitude for where we come from and the community we serve.
